     Felix Q. Vinluan is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and in the Philippines. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, he is likewise admitted to practice before the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He frequently speaks on and writes about immigration, employment rights, healthcare-related concerns, wills and estate, and other legal issues.
